#1 Onboarding

Upon signing up, you will receive a comprehensive health & fitness guide, a care package containing a few essential items – and some goodies, we will also go through an extensive needs analysis: looking at your health, goals, behaviours, mobility, etc… All to ensure you receive a tailor-fit program.

#2 Programming 

I will develop a bespoke program based on your answers to and performance in the preliminary onboarding assessments. You will now be equipped with the blueprint to your goals, all you need to do is execute with dogged determination.

#3 Nutrition

You will receive a tailored nutritional regime, calibrated to the exact caloric and macronutrient intake required for the achievement of your goals. Be sure to keep an eye out for delicious healthy recipes regularly posted to my blog.

#4 The App

You will gain access to the exclusive BDH app where you will be able to access, manage, log, and update everything relating to your program. You can even integrate all your favourite health and fitness applications and devices!

Depending on your budget and requirements, your program will come with varying levels of support. However, as standard, you will receive an onboarding call, ongoing fortnightly check-ins, and unlimited instant messaging support.
