As a personal trainer, my ultimate aim when working with any client is to get them to a point where they no longer require my services. That is why if you do not feel I have endowed you with the necessary knowledge and tools to go it alone within 3-6 months (time dependant upon initial assessment), I will give you your money back.

There are a multitude of factors that affect a persons ability to shed fat. From energy balance and nutritional intake, to training intensity and hormonal balance. However, through careful assessment, tailored programming, and mutual commitment, we will break out of that adipose prison.

Every athlete has specific training requirements dependent on their sport or activity, and position.  It is essential that the specific movement patterns, energy requirements, load, tempos, and volumes are understood if one is going to maximise their potential and courteously crush the competition. Whether your training for your first event or are a seasoned professional, this service will help you navigate these complexities.

Mechanical tension, metabolic stress, and muscle damage. These are all key contributors to muscle growth. To utilise them you will need to optimise your training variables and carefully select the exercises most conducive to their attainment. You will also need to ensure you properly fuel your ambition, and get adequate rest to recover from your damage inducing sessions.
